Helen R. Short is the founder and president of Training Consultants.
Helen's expertise comes from 30 years of banking combined with her professional education. She is a graduate of the Louisiana Banking School of Supervisory Training, The Texas Tech School of Banking, both interim and advanced, and the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin majoring in Community Bank Management.

She has not only worked in all areas of bank operations, but has managed each area. Helen was Senior Operations Officer for three Fort Worth banks and most recently was Vice President Manager of Branch Administration for Bank One Fort Worth Region.

Helen conducts training seminars throughout twenty states and assists financial institutions at their location with a wide range of operational problems. She has developed a reputation for teaching and helping to establish strong customer relations, winning management techniques and common sense policies. Her "hands-on" experience, a quick sense of humor, an extensive banking background and her up-to-date problem solving ideas make Helen an entertaining and challenging seminar leader.
